Public Support, the leading agency for support professionals, has strengthened its market presence with the acquisition of Headroom Assistance. Through this strategic step Public Support now offers remote executive assistants, meeting a rapidly growing demand in the market.

“Organizations are increasingly working in a hybrid way, which also changes the demand for management support. With this step we can now offer our clients not only on-site support but also remote assistance.”
Strengthening the market position
Until now, Public Support has mainly focused on the public sector and socially relevant organizations. Since Headroom primarily serves clients in the private sector, such as C-level executives in SMEs and corporates, the acquisition creates significant growth opportunities. By joining forces, Public Support further strengthens its market position while adding value for existing clients. Leenders explains: “Headroom is a data-driven company with extensive expertise in the use of AI. This allows us to onboard executive assistants much faster and help clients work more efficiently.”
Stability and Strength
As of the acquisition on August 18, the Headroom team will operate under the name Headroom Support as an independent business unit within Public Support. Kristel Kuit, Director of Headroom, explains: “This way, teams and services remain unchanged, while at the same time we benefit from greater stability and strength in a changing market.” She adds: “We are proud that our technological expertise and innovative tools can now also be used by Public Support to help the public sector take the next step.”
