A 6-month development plan to give assistants a solid foundation of basic knowledge and skills. Headroom EAs can choose their personalized learning journey among the 25 courses available on our Academy platform. So they start growing from day one. Buddies, Coaches and Trainers are there to help, since we are all part of the same team.
Headroom trains the best EAs based on our experience, best practice and knowledge. EAs foster their career at Headroom by assisting different members and challenging growth environments. Decision making, negotiation, finance, project management and leadership are skills that EAs can develop in this phase.
