Once you sign up for your first month with Headroom, we’ll adjust your contract and first invoice to include the €250 referral bonus.

After your first month, your subsequent monthly invoices will display the original price.

You can cancel your membership without cancellation fees after our notice period.

After you have submitted our contact form or booked a call, we will contact you within 1 business day to understand your needs and expectations. If there is a good match, you and your team will choose a start date together and schedule a Kick-off meeting.

During the Kick-off, you will meet your primary EA and discuss your tasks, preferences, and goals. You don’t need to prepare anything for this; your EA will guide you through it.

After the Kick-off, we will activate your profile and start assisting you.

You will receive a daily overview of open tasks and their status, plus a weekly video call to review the upcoming week, to-dos, and scheduling. The support team is always available for feedback or questions.

That’s why we don’t assign you just one assistant, but carefully match you with a team of EAs to support you.

This way, you always have someone familiar with your work style and needs who can take over your task list if your primary EA is unavailable.

At Headroom, continuous learning and development are at the core of everything we do.

Our Headroom assistants undergo an intensive training program and have access to personalized learning paths tailored to their experience level and career aspirations.

We guide you through the onboarding and setup process, noting your preferences and working style. You don’t need to prepare anything for this.

Your assistant will pick up a new task within four hours. You will also receive an update on the status and the expected completion date. A task will never remain open for more than three days.

Is it a priority? Then we will address it immediately. Call us so we can prioritize your request.

You can reach us Monday through Friday between 09:00 and 18:00.

In case of urgent matters, you can also contact us outside of these hours. You can always send a message to your EA outside of office hours. They will address it on the next working day.
